Wylie Chen is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in youth development, philanthropy, community health, and community empowerment. He has
focused his career on social impact, racial and economic equity, and civil rights issues.

Wylie currently advises national and regional nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies on strategic planning, fundraising, program development, and initiatives that advance inclusive excellence. He brings deep expertise in designing and scaling programs that uplift underserved communities, particularly in the areas of education, health, and youth engagement.

Previously, Wylie served as Vice President of Programs & Grants at the U.S. Soccer Foundation, where he led nationwide efforts to create access to safe play spaces and
sport-based youth development programs. Under his leadership, the Foundation expanded its reach to hundreds of thousands of children, built public-private partnerships that raised millions in philanthropic support, and modernized its grantmaking and evaluation platforms. Prior to the Foundation, he worked at the Children’s Defense Fund, leading national initiatives focused on health equity, juvenile justice, and education for low-income children. He also provided training and capacity building for thousands of local and regional leaders across the country.

In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Wylie has explored the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship as co-founder of CrowdBrowse, a tech startup focused on e-commerce supporting small 헤라카지노 보증es.

Wylie is active in public service and civic leadership. He serves on the boards of Children’s Cause for Cancer Advocacy and the Asian American Action Fund. He was
previously appointed Chair of the D.C. Mayor’s Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs, serving three consecutive mayors in that advisory role.

He holds an Ed.M. in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University and a B.S. in Public Policy and Management from the University of Oregon.
