Patricia Sullivan (Dr. Patti) is a transformative executive coach, leadership trainer, and consultant dedicated to fostering meaningful change, promoting continuous improvement, and advancing leadership excellence. With over 20 years of experience leading OD/HR teams and 15 years in adult education, organizational training, and leadership coaching, Dr. Patti combines expertise, science, and a forward-thinking approach to drive positive results.
Dr. Patti’s work centers on cultivating high-performing teams, developing individuals and groups, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement within organizations. She brings a unique blend of practical experience and academic insight, focusing on transformational leadership, learning cultures, and employee engagement. Her passion for leadership excellence guides her efforts to inspire growth, innovation, and sustainable change.
Dr. Patti earned her Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of South Florida, where her research focused on Leadership Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Engagement. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Resources from Temple University and a suite of certifications, including Energy Leadership®, Positive Intelligence (PQ)®, Yoga Therapy, SHRM-SCP, Conflict Mediation, and Master Trainer.
