Debbie Feinstein is Chief of the Special Victims Unit for the Montgomery County’s State’s Attorney’s Office. The Special Victims Division is responsible for the prosecution of all physical and sexual child abuse, child neglect, domestic violence, senior and vulnerable adult abuse, and child abduction cases in the county.
